Mid-Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic software development team, the full-time Mid-Senior Software Engineer will take ownership of projects from requirements gathering through delivery, designing and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and maintenance
• Design and develop scalable Windows and web-based applications using Microsoft technologies
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product managers and customers to define requirements and solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of professional software development experience, particularly with C# / .NET and SQL Server
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks such as Angular
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on developing reliable and maintainable solutions
