Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
  • Analyze incident trends and recommend proactive solutions for recurring issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting the Service Desk
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • No physical requirements needed for this position
