- Monitor and track IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Analyze incident trends and recommend proactive solutions for recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field
- 2-4 years of experience supporting the Service Desk
- ITIL certification preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- No physical requirements needed for this position
