Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services for a web application

Participate in code reviews, support junior developers, and move towards AI-assisted development

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of commercial software development experience
Strong skills in Python or JavaScript for backend development
Hands-on experience using AI tools for coding and validation
Database experience with SQL and PostgreSQL
Ability to work independently in uncertain situations
