Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with students to provide their first Esports experience, focusing on teamwork and strategy development
• Develop and deliver training and practice activities for students
• Collaborate with the Esports Coordinator to plan topics for Summer Esports Camp sessions

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Pearson Online Classroom, Class, and Zoom
• Experience working with 6-8th grade students
• Strong technology and gaming skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office programs and Google tools
• Passion for fostering teamwork among students
• Professional conduct and respect for diverse views and values
