Middle School Homeschool Instructor

Job Summary

To support middle school learners, the part-time or full-time Homeschool Instructor will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons in mathematics and literacy, fostering academic growth in a one-on-one or small-group environment, with options for remote or hybrid arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement customized lesson plans aligned with state standards and student learning styles
• Deliver interactive lessons integrating games, real-world examples, and writing exercises
• Administer and grade assignments, track student progress, and adjust instruction as needed

Required Qualifications

• Certified teacher or at least 5 years of proven experience as a homeschool instructor
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience teaching middle school-aged students in Math and ELA
• Familiarity with adapting lessons for students with learning disabilities
• Creative, patient, empathetic, and committed to ongoing professional development
