Middle School Learning Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle School Learning Coach for a remote, full-time position starting in August 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor and advisor to a cohort of approximately 23 middle school learners
• Facilitate engaging live discussions, workshops, and enrichment activities
• Provide feedback on projects and writing, and maintain regular communication with families

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience working with middle school students (6th-8th grade preferred)
• Understanding of alternative education models and personalized learning
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with virtual collaboration in a distributed team environment
• Ability to build positive relationships and provide mentorship
