Job Summary

To enhance middle school math instruction, the full-time salaried Middle School Math Course Lead will design and ensure the quality of math content, collaborating closely with leadership and utilizing AI tools to create effective instructional materials in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design lessons aligned with the MCP instructional approach, facilitating student mastery through structured activities
• Set and maintain high standards for lesson quality, ensuring mathematical accuracy and usability
• Translate expert teaching practices into explicit instructional content that can be reproduced effectively

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outstanding middle school math teacher with a track record of improving student outcomes
• Deep content knowledge in middle school mathematics, including algebra
• Expertise in the science of learning and its application to math instruction
• Experience designing instructional content for educators, including lessons and assessments
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into the content creation process
