Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle School Mentor Coach for Asia & Oceania.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead learning coach and mentor for a cohort of ~20 middle school learners
• Facilitate engaging live discussions, workshops, and team challenges via live video
• Provide personalized feedback and conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with mentor learners

Required Qualifications

• Located in Oceania or Asia
• Experience working with 4th-8th graders is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual learning environments
• Passionate about alternative models of education
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
