Middleware Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a long-term contract basis, the Middleware Automation Engineer will develop, deploy, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to automate middleware tasks such as configuration management and application deployment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for middleware automation tasks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment and automation processes
• Implement automation solutions using Ansible for configuration management and server provisioning

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server administration
• Strong background in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in Ansible automation, including playbook development
• Familiarity with pipeline orchestration tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
• Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
