Middleware Engineer
Job Summary
To support middleware infrastructure and integration needs, the full-time remote Middleware Engineer will design, configure, and improve middleware technologies while collaborating with developers and automating processes using CI/CD tools.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, configure, and document middleware systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Automate implementation and configuration of middleware products using CI/CD tools
- Monitor middleware performance and manage operational tasks, including troubleshooting technical issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, or related IT field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience administering middleware applications, such as MuleSoft or Apache Tomcat
- Experience with DevOps tools and concepts, including Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker preferred
- Proficient in event-based integrations and tools for cloud environments
- Understanding of Linux operating environments and infrastructure as code methodologies
