Middleware System Administrator
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Middleware System Administrator/DevOps Engineer, this remote position with low monthly travel will manage enterprise JBoss environments, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and support automated application deployment and release processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer JBoss EAP environments, including clustering, failover, and application deployments
- Manage Azure DevOps administration, including CI/CD processes and Azure Pipelines for automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain middleware platforms and ensure high availability
Required qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with JBoss EAP 7/8.x administration
- Proficient in Azure DevOps, including Azure Repos and Pipelines
- Experience with application deployment and production support for enterprise applications
- Solid knowledge of JVM performance tuning and configuration management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
