Middleware System Administrator
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Middleware System Administrator/DevOps Engineer, the remote position with occasional travel to Des Moines, IA will manage JBoss EAP environments, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability of middleware platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain enterprise JBoss environments, including clustering and failover configurations
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated application deployment and release processes
- Provide production support and performance tuning for middleware platforms, ensuring high availability and reliability
Required qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with JBoss EAP 7/8.x administration
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps administration and CI/CD practices
- Experience with JBoss clustering, failover, and high availability setups
- Solid troubleshooting skills and experience in production support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
