Middleware System Administrator
Job Summary
Seeking a Middleware System Administrator/DevOps Engineer, the remote position with low monthly travel will manage enterprise JBoss environments, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability of middleware platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer JBoss EAP environments, focusing on clustering, failover, and application deployments
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated application deployment and release processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production environments and troubleshoot issues
Required qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with JBoss EAP 7/8.x administration
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including Azure Repos and Pipelines
- Proficient in Shell/Bash scripting for automation tasks
- Knowledge of application deployment processes and performance tuning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
