Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction for large-scale energy efficiency programs, the full-time remote Midwest Energy Efficiency Director will oversee a multiprogram portfolio, manage cross-department collaboration, and drive performance metrics while ensuring client satisfaction and program growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery and performance of multiple energy efficiency programs, ensuring compliance with goals and budgets
- Direct cross-department collaboration to enhance program delivery through custom software development
- Manage program performance by monitoring key metrics and mitigating operational risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Energy, Public Policy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- At least twelve years of progressive professional experience, including five years in people leadership
- Minimum of five years' experience in energy efficiency program implementation and growth
- Proven experience managing complex operational teams and client contract negotiations
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management skills
