Required Qualifications

• Preferably located in the Midwest with a deep familiarity of the region
• Experience in a fast-paced newsroom, with a preference for those who have edited daily newsletters
• Deep understanding of regional topics important to local residents
• Confidence in working in a remote-first environment
• Experience managing reporters at varying levels of seniority
