Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Completion of two years of college (60 semester or 90 term credits)
- Experience as a Migrant Program Worker or equivalent experience in human services
- Competency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in Spanish and English
- Alternate education may include one year of college and three years of relevant experience
- Four years of administrative support experience may substitute for the education requirement
