Migration Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a remote team, the full-time Migration Automation Software Engineer will design, build, and optimize automated workflows for seamless data migration, enhancing customer onboarding for a cutting-edge dental practice management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build, modify, and debug automation workflows to streamline data migrations from legacy software
• Implement custom scripting and orchestration processes using C#, .NET, and PowerShell
• Monitor and perform complex ETL processes to transfer critical data from legacy systems to the platform

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of software development experience with a focus on automation code in C# and .NET frameworks
• Proven ability to write and optimize complex PowerShell scripts for orchestration
• Strong experience with SQL databases and complex data querying/scripting
• Understanding of AI tools to enhance development processes while maintaining data integrity
