Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant 1 - Migration Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute data migration from legacy platforms to the new platform, including planning and oversight of the entire project lifecycle
• Manage client data preparation and migration processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Engage with clients for training and follow-up on project deliverables, while identifying areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Background in data migrations and project management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS-based business or similar Professional Services organization
• Experience managing small to medium, mildly complex projects with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of Excel and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow documented processes with specificity
