Job Summary
To support customer transitions from UNIFI Pro to Content Catalog, the remote EIS Support Specialist IV will manage migration activities, oversee customer onboarding, and track workflows while ensuring successful completion of the migration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end customer migration activities, including scheduling and leading onboarding meetings
- Track migration progress and status updates using internal dashboards and systems, while maintaining documentation and reports
- Collaborate with support, QA, and development teams to troubleshoot migration issues and implement operational process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on Revit experience, specifically with family building
- 5+ years of experience in supporting migrations, onboarding programs, or customer operational workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines
- Experience with Autodesk Docs, Autodesk Forma, or related Autodesk platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and collaboration tools such as Slack or Airtable is a plus
