Migration Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning and elevating the migrations function, the full-time Migration Operations Lead will drive high-complexity enterprise migrations, build scalable operational processes, and influence product development while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity enterprise migrations as the primary client contact, ensuring strong customer satisfaction outcomes
• Design and implement standardized operational processes to enhance scalability and efficiency in migrations
• Manage team performance metrics, capacity planning, and corrective actions to maintain high operational standards

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in data migrations, EMR implementations, or SaaS onboarding in a client-facing role
• Proven track record of leading complex operational functions and managing teams effectively
• Technical fluency in data mapping, validation, and ETL processes
• Experience with EMR systems such as Boulevard, Jane, Zenoti, Vagaro, or Aesthetic Record is preferred
• Strong communication skills, particularly with non-technical audiences
