Job Summary
A company is looking for a Migration Solutions Architect and Program Manager at the Director level.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with nonprofit stakeholders to gather and analyze migration requirements
- Creating migration strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans
- Managing the product lifecycle for migration resources and overseeing user acceptance testing and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Management or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Management or development role with a focus on customer feedback
- Demonstrated aptitude in the agile software development process
- Proven experience in transforming customer needs into actionable product visions, particularly in data migration
- Experience with Salesforce technologies and understanding of the Nonprofit Success Pack and Nonprofit Cloud
