Migration Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Migration Specialist will manage the onboarding of new Kit customers by executing migrations, including CSV imports and automation recreations, while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Execute solo migrations, including CSV imports and form/landing page rebuilds for new customers
• Collaborate with the Implementations Team and utilize key tools to ensure smooth migration processes
• Communicate effectively with creators to guide them through the migration process and address any concerns

Required qualifications

• Prior experience with email marketing platform migrations or technical onboarding
• Working knowledge of CSV data handling and subscriber/tag mapping across various platforms
• Familiarity with multiple email service provider platforms such as Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp
• Experience managing multiple client projects with varying timelines
• Comfort with project-based work and self-management in a remote environment
