Job Summary
Managing day-to-day relationships with VA Medical Centers and TRICARE-covered service members, the full-time Military Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for referral coordination and access to mental health services, working remotely to support Veterans and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with VAMC Community Care staff and MTF clinic coordinators, ensuring effective referral coordination and addressing account needs
- Support Veterans and active duty families in accessing mental health services, resolving scheduling and onboarding barriers in collaboration with internal teams
- Track referral activity and account health, escalating issues to senior management and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, client success, or a client-facing coordination role
- 2+ years of experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or TRICARE programs
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in government and military environments
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts effectively
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, in fast-paced environments
