Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Account Resolution Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review aging reports and customer balances
  • Contact customers on past due balances via telephone/email
  • Create recommendations for payment plans and settlement amounts

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning
  • Up to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years account balance resolution experience preferred
  • One (1) year of experience with Military Tuition Assistance and/or Veterans Affairs Benefits preferred
  • Prior experience working in or with the military preferred
