Job Summary
A company is looking for a Military Account Resolution Coordinator (Remote).

- Review account receivables and identify financially at-risk students to propose balance solutions
- Communicate with students and staff to provide funding solutions and answer inquiries
- Submit ledger adjustment requests and maintain knowledge of relevant federal and state policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning through experience required
- 1 year of relevant work experience is required
- Knowledge of federal financial aid programs and regulations
- Understanding of Military Tuition Assistance and Veterans Education Benefits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
