A company is looking for a Military & Aerospace Capture Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategies for complex and competitive federal market opportunities
• Oversee capture efforts and drive opportunities through corporate gate review processes
• Create thorough capture plans and compelling win strategies, including price to win and technical approaches

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience leading captures with demonstrated success
• Familiarity with the Huntsville market and DoW agencies
• Experience winning large-scale programs over $50M in the federal government
• Proven track record of pursuing multiple award vehicles valued greater than $500M
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a technical degree
