Military Assistance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Assistance Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process military and veterans educational assistance programs, including tuition assistance and benefits
• Maintain compliance with VA and DoD regulations while achieving service level performance goals
• Advise and support military and veteran students regarding educational benefits and resources

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Two or more years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in higher education
• Basic knowledge of Veterans and Military education programs strongly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
