Military Assistance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Assistance Specialist I to manage military and veteran educational assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process military and veteran educational assistance programs, including tuition assistance and benefits
• Maintain compliance with VA and DoD regulations while achieving service level performance goals
• Advise military and veteran students on available educational benefits and support their success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Two or more years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in higher education
• Basic knowledge of Veterans and Military education programs strongly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
