Military Counseling Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Counseling Triage Consultant (Tele-work).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and live chats, identify participant inquiries, and provide referrals or information
• Conduct DoD Survivor Surveys and enter results into the designated platform
• Provide outbound contact services to ensure participant needs are met and escalate potential harmful incidents

Required Qualifications

• Must pass criminal history, fingerprint, and credential review/verification
• Must be a US Citizen
• Fluent English speaker
