Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Counseling Triage Consultant (Tele-work).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and live chats, identifying participant inquiries and providing referrals or information
• Conduct DoD Survivor Surveys and enter results into the DoD Survivor Survey Platform
• Provide outbound contact services and escalate potentially harmful incidents as required

Required Qualifications

• Must pass criminal history, fingerprint, and credential verification as per DODI 1402.05
• Must be a US Citizen
• Fluent English speaker
