Military Counseling Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Counseling Triage Consultant (Tele-work).

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and live chats, identify inquiries or issues, and provide referrals or information to participants
• Provide Government approved Privacy Act Statements and conduct DoD Survivor Surveys as needed
• Offer outbound contact services and escalate contacts indicative of potentially harmful incidents

Required Qualifications:

• Must pass criminal history, fingerprint, and credential verification requirements
• Must be a US Citizen
• Fluent English speaker
