Military Counseling Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Counseling Triage Consultant (Tele-work).

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and live chats, identifying participant inquiries and providing referrals or information
• Conduct DoD Survivor Surveys and enter results into the DoD Survivor Survey Platform
• Provide outbound contact services to ensure participant needs are met and escalate potentially harmful incidents as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Must pass criminal history, fingerprint, and credential review/verification as per DODI 1402.05
• Must successfully complete a DoD-initiated Tier 2 Suitability Investigation
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Fluent English speaker
