A company is looking for a Military Education Benefit Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process military education benefits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies
  • Review course information and validate enrollment and billing for the Department of Veterans Affairs
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with various departments to resolve military account balances
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of experience in military benefit certifications or related fields
  • 1+ years of experience with Banner software
  • Knowledge of VA Education Benefits and Federal Military Tuition Assistance
  • Employment contingent upon successful access to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
