Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of UMGC systems and support outreach projects to military and civilian installations
  • Oversee office resources, ensure compliance with military requirements, and assist with testing services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • One year of customer service experience, preferably in higher education
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Experience working with military or military students is preferred
  • General knowledge of UMGC practices and procedures is a plus
