Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Health Business Process Lead to support a federal program management office in Northern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop project roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational strategies
• Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational effectiveness
• Facilitate innovation workshops and training sessions to support the adoption of new systems and strategies in military healthcare processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of experience in Military Health strategic communications or a similar role
• Experience with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or military health IT systems
• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives and optimizing business performance
• Ability to pass a government background investigation; U.S. citizenship required
