Job Summary
Military Health Communications Lead, responsible for developing and executing outreach and marketing strategies for mental health and suicide prevention programs, working full-time and remotely preferred from the Washington, DC metropolitan area or San Antonio, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement marketing, advertising, and educational materials
- Ensure alignment of products and materials with the organization's vision and goals
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate training sessions for successful implementation of communications strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Military Health communication platforms
- Strong background in preparing executive-level briefings and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and collaboration platforms
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
