Military Health Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Health Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support or lead consultation projects to disseminate and implement clinical guidelines within the Military Health System
• Integrate implementation leading practices into project execution efforts and provide coaching to partners throughout consultation projects
• Support the execution of complex projects involving multiple stakeholder groups within the Defense Health Agency and the broader community

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a health-related field (e.g., public health, nursing, or related interdisciplinary degree)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management or consultant role
• Knowledge and expertise of clinical practice implementation within the Military Health System
• Knowledge of military culture and structure to best support MHS initiatives
• Strong technical writing skills to communicate project-related information effectively
