Key Responsibilities

• Provides customer-friendly services and engages individuals in an empathic manner
• Develops and maintains peer-to-peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes
• Responds promptly to service requests and inquiries from various parties

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least three years of active-duty service or relevant military experience
• Demonstrated ability to use a computer for service recording and basic office functions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
