Military Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Recruiting Specialist who will focus on recruitment and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, host, and/or attend recruitment events and interview/information sessions
• Conduct employment screening interviews for external applicants
• Provide feedback and coaching to candidates, members, and community partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with one year of experience in community outreach, HR/Recruitment, or related area, or a High School Diploma/GED with three years of related work experience
• Experience with community organizations preferred
• Familiarity with the military community required
