Military Staff Associate III

Job Summary

To support the spiritual and leadership development of military families, the full-time Military Staff Associate III will engage in direct ministry, lead volunteer teams, and manage resource development efforts at Fort Stewart, GA.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop spiritual growth initiatives and maintain active participation in the Young Life community
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer leaders and area staff to build effective leadership teams
• Raise financial support and manage donor relationships to fuel ministry efforts

Required qualifications:

• Experience in direct ministry with proven relational skills with both youth and adults
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• College degree preferred
• Completion of core training phases within the first two years of employment
• Ability to work in various outdoor conditions, including heat and physical demands of camp activities
