Job Summary
A company is looking for a Certified Residential Appraiser (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unbiased valuations of residential real estate and complete appraisal reports in accordance with relevant guidelines
- Inspect residential properties and document data collection with photographs, measurements, and notes
- Collaborate with Senior Appraisers to ensure quality and meet department turn time expectations
Required Qualifications
- Active Appraiser Certification as required by the state's regulatory agency
- Zero disciplinary actions within the past +/-10 years
- Proficiency in sales comparison, cost, and income approaches to value
- Experience with local MLS and real estate data sources
- Valid Driver's License
