Job Summary
To support the centralization of Regulatory Change Management, the full-time salaried Minnesota Compliance Analyst will track regulatory changes, coordinate with business units for implementation, and conduct post-implementation testing in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and log incoming federal and state regulatory changes using the NComply platform
- Review and scope regulatory changes for applicability, assigning them to the relevant business units and issuing notifications
- Track implementation status and conduct effectiveness testing for high-risk changes, documenting results for compliance reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent compliance/regulatory experience
- 2+ years of experience in bank regulatory compliance or related risk/audit functions, preferably in mortgage or consumer lending
- Working knowledge of core consumer financial protection laws and their implementing regulations
- Familiarity with UDAAP standards and FDIC compliance management system examination expectations
- Experience with compliance workflow platforms, preferably NComply (NContracts)
