Minnesota Eligibility Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Allina Health account, the full-time Minnesota Eligibility Specialist will process financial assistance applications, communicate with patients regarding eligibility, and maintain patient accounts while working remotely from Minneapolis, MN.

Key responsibilities:

• Process Allina Partners Care applications to determine eligibility for financial assistance programs
• Communicate with patients and Allina Health staff about application statuses and required documentation
• Maintain and adjust patient accounts by managing work queues and reports

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 3+ years of general office experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based applications, particularly Word and Excel
• Reside within a commutable distance of Minneapolis, MN
