Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Partner to support their growing internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage the HR portion of new hire onboarding and maintain accurate HR records
- Support employee benefit enrollment and partner with benefits brokers for annual reviews
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing payroll and core HR operations for a small to mid-sized organization
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation
- Experience supporting health benefits and 401(k) administration
- Ability to update and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies
- Experience running background checks and managing pre-employment requirements
