Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Partner to support their growing internal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage the HR portion of new hire onboarding and maintain accurate HR records
  • Support employee benefit enrollment and partner with benefits brokers for annual reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing payroll and core HR operations for a small to mid-sized organization
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation
  • Experience supporting health benefits and 401(k) administration
  • Ability to update and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies
  • Experience running background checks and managing pre-employment requirements
