Job Summary
To support a growing internal team, the part-time HR Partner will manage payroll processing, employee onboarding, and compliance while working mostly remotely from Minnesota, averaging 10-12 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage the HR portion of new hire onboarding, including documentation and compliance requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
Required qualifications
- Experience managing payroll and core HR operations for small to mid-sized organizations
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation
- Experience supporting health benefits and 401(k) administration
- Ability to update and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with payroll and employee data
