Job Summary

To support a growing internal team, the part-time HR Partner will manage payroll processing, employee onboarding, and compliance while working mostly remotely from Minnesota, averaging 10-12 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage the HR portion of new hire onboarding, including documentation and compliance requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
Required qualifications
  • Experience managing payroll and core HR operations for small to mid-sized organizations
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation
  • Experience supporting health benefits and 401(k) administration
  • Ability to update and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with payroll and employee data
