Minnesota IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for application enhancements
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure requirements are defined according to project management processes
• Provide change management recommendations and review testing plans for adequacy in meeting customer acceptance

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of business analyst experience
• Experience with ITIL based Service Management tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma/GED with four years of Business Analyst training/certification, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of application development methodologies and the development lifecycle
