Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Nurse - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to the admission of residents, ensuring superior customer service
• Review referrals for medical approval and communicate findings to the Admissions Director
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid eligibility criteria and assist with timely processing of referrals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Unencumbered nursing license in Minnesota (LPN or RN)
• Minimum of three years of experience in a nursing position within a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, and regulations pertaining to long-term care
• Proficient computer skills, including email usage
• Ability to meet local health regulations and pass required post-employment screenings
