Minnesota Licensed After Hours RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN After Hours for Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather clinical information and direct healthcare services based on conversations with community caregivers
• Provide resident care and health care instructions as per the assessment and plan of care
• Communicate effectively with providers and community health professionals to coordinate care plans

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin, or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Minimum of five years of experience in Senior Living or home and community-based senior services
• Experience in teaching and training clinical staff is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
