Job Summary

Minnesota Licensed After Hours RN, responsible for gathering clinical information and directing healthcare services remotely on a part-time basis, working evenings and every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and assess clinical information to guide decision-making and direct healthcare services
• Provide resident care and health care instructions based on assessments and care plans
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and coordinate care plans for residents

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota; licensure in Wisconsin preferred or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of five years of experience in Senior Living or home and community-based senior services
• Experience in teaching and training clinical staff
• Bachelor's degree preferred
