Job Summary

Minnesota Licensed After Hours RN, responsible for gathering clinical information and directing healthcare services in a part-time, remote role requiring at least four 6-hour shifts per month, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather clinical information and provide self-care advice or direct residents to appropriate healthcare services
• Ensure effective communication and coordination of care among healthcare professionals and residents
• Participate in admission avoidance activities and maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Minnesota; Wisconsin licensure preferred or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of five years of experience in Senior Living or home and community-based senior services
• Experience in teaching and training clinical staff
• Bachelor's degree preferred
